I edit surveillance video. For Court we must display the time and date in the video. To display the time and date we have to transfer the video using the S-Video because the Sonys don't send Date-Time out on Firewire. I can't even get Premiere Elements to work with S-Video. We would like to skip mini-dv and go to DVD. Is there any way to show the date and time code in the finished edit in this format? Since I was a kid I have always wandered why shows from America look really different in quality to English shows.
