Export the sequence as a QuickTime movie and import into Compressor manually.

Compressor settings I use for video under 5 min:

File Extension: mov
Estimated file size: 19.59 MB
Time remapping:output duration 99.900002%
Audio Encoder
AAC, Stereo (L R), 48.000 kHz
Video Encoder Format: QT
Width: (50% of source)
Height: (50% of source)
Selected: 360 x 240
Pixel aspect ratio: NTSC CCIR 601/DV (16:9) <===this could be different for you
Crop to: Center crop for 1.778:1
Padding: None
Frame rate: 30
Frame Controls On:
Retiming: (Best) High quality Motion Compensated
(Better rather than Best saves a lot of time).
Resize Filter: Statistical Prediction
Deinterlace Filter: Best (Motion Compensated)
Adaptive Details: On
Antialias: 0
Detail Level: 0
Field Output: Progressive
Codec Type: H.264
Multi-pass: On, frame reorder: On
Pixel depth: 24
Spatial quality: 75
Min. Spatial quality: 25
Key frame interval: 24
Temporal quality: 50
Min. temporal quality: 25
Average data rate: 0.524 (Mbps)

I set duration back to 100% at times and It's not necessary to retime the clip.

Hope that helps
