I'm having a problem that seems like it should be easy to solve, but I just can't seem to do it. I used Adobe Premiere Pro to create a 6 minute movie... nothing special... just video and sound. I need to export it so it ends up being around 50 Mb, but can't get even close. I ended up exporting an uncompressed AVI file that ended up being 3.2 Gb, with hopes of using some other software to compress it down to the right size. Can anybody recommend good software (and more importantly, good compression codecs and settings) to get the video down to 50 Mb?

For what you are doing you can use Sorenson Compression Suite or Procoder both work with a PC.

You can try the software applications before you buy and there are some limitations.  These Compression apps should be able to get these files small enough for you.  You also should be able to take you uncompressed AVI file into Sorenson Squeeze to make it smaller.  You will have many options of formats to choose from.  You can do Windows Media, QuickTime, Real media and Flash formats with this tool.

What format are you most interested in using? I'll recommend CODECS and settings after you post back.
