I Want To Start A Video Production Business But…

Q: I want to start a video production business. I have a degree, and unfortunately, school has left me broke with bad credit. Is there any way to get loans, grants anything to help me start off this business.

I know it’ll be a long road to get where i want to be but I’m willing to travel. I just need a jump start. Any advice?

A: First off, try and avoid borrowing any money. Cash is King. Keep it that way. If you don’t have money, don’t spend it and don’t take on large operating expenses ‘in faith’ at any stage.

how come you can achieve on that if you don’t have any source of finance income ;even if you have great gift like creativity and talent?? Thanks

It is never the equipment that is the most important, it is always the creativity and talent that matters most. If you have creativity and talent, you do not need to buy anything, because you will always be able to gain access to whatever equipment you need.

Cash is the best way BUT that may not all ways be possible either. With all the gov. type programs floating around out there now, I would check with the local small business admin (at your local college perhaps) and find out what is available, they should be more than willing to help.
