I’m not a PC guy. I gave up dedicated video editing on a Windows machine years ago.  The OS is just ugly and the software on the market at the time was just horrible and cumbersome to say the least.

Honestly, I was reluctant to give Nero a try and was equally not thrilled to power up a PC and start editing video due to the nightmares it caused in the past.  All that aside, I agreed to give a short review and let the software try to impress me with some hands on time with the complete suite.

I have to say I was very impressed.

After 2 hours of inquisitive fiddling around with the interface, I came to the conclusion that editing on the PC was actually fun again. The pains of incompatibility issues, the slow processing, dropouts, missed files, breakout boxes and numerous other unpleasant issues from the past slowly dissolved away – Nero Multimedia Suite 10 slowly put the confidence in editing video back on the PC again.

Nero really hit it out of the park with this software.  What you get for $100 is amazing – try it out for yourself
