hey i was just speculating on buying final cut studio.

but i then found out you could download it for free off torrent websites.

as i am a professional movie maker, i do not want to take the risk of downloading final cut... with missing features...

and at the same time i want to save my money...

so does anybody know of any differences between the two or any similarities etc...etc

I am a new member to this forum and I've searched for MTS and ADVHD and found no returns.

My question, I've recently purchased the Canon Vixia HF10 and I'm looking for a program for the PC to convert the native MTS files to AVI.

DVD format is VOB, you have to convert your video to DVD compatible video at first, otherwise standard DVD player can not read and play it. If you don't know how to do that, I'd recommend this all-in-one DVD Creator to you, I always use it to convert and burn movie to DVD to play on my home TV, it's easy to use and works pretty well, if you are interested in it, here is a step by step guide about how to use it.

Are you allow to burn dvds?

Why do stores sell those "dvd+r & -r" stuff?

Why is there a $250,000 fine if you copy a dvd when you can burn it with a software?

I mean is there any external hardware that can burn video files to a Re-Writable DVD disc directly from my laptop? I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple hundred quid. I've done some googling but can't seem to find anything? All I seem to get is software results, but my laptop takes decades to burn anything, any help appreciated, Cheers.
