Hi Brian – thanks for a great show. I can’t always watch the live feed so the podcast version is always a high point of my week.
I’ve been using a Kodak Zi8 and Rhode video mic to do interviews and capture local events. It’s a fantastic rig! I work with a veteran broadcaster who uses Canon XL’s and Panasonic HD cameras and I’ve even convinced him to pick one up to carry in his pocket when he’s out and about to capture segments quickly when he dosen’t have time to unpack his gear.
Thanks a million for taking the time to show that technology dosen’t need to dictate our ablity to tell stories with video.
